Felsenwirt Externsteine in Horn-Bad Meinberg

A very great place with enough space for celebrations of all kinds. We had our wedding there and are very enthusiastic about the ambience, the food and the nice staff. Always worth a visit :) 👍🏼

Prices are great, food is fantastic, service is professional and courteous. First we wanted to eat something in the village, because we thought the prices would be high there. Good thing we didn't. There is nothing to complain about at the Felsenwirt.

Delicious food (schnitzel natural or with cream mushrooms) well seasoned, generous space design due to Covid. Highly recommended if you get hungry at the Externsteine.

Very friendly, very fond of children, very good food and the boss is very attentive. Although we were there shortly before the end of the day, we were still served very well. All in all very recommendable.

Been to Felsenwirt yesterday, and absolutely thrilled !! Despite many guests we were served extremely quickly and politely, great food and no long waiting times. Children and dogs are also welcome here. The only negative was that unfortunately I could not poach the great service. Greetings to you and the entire team continues to do so.

Long wait until you can order. And as a hygiene concept, leaving an open box for contact details (accessible to everyone) is also not awesome. Staff is not exactly the friendliness in person. But the positive thing is: lots of parking spaces nearby as well as the Externsteine. Not recommendable.

Here definitely belong 5 *. In my opinion, the hygiene concept is very well implemented, the terrace invites you to linger longer. Here the boss still serves himself and everyone is very attentive. The food is very well presented and tastes great. Should we be back at the Externstein, we would be happy to come back 😃

Very attractive interior in the interior. At mealtime I will report nurToday only a rhubarb soda for refreshment. Now delicious spaghetti with sheep's cheese, pine nuts, small tomatoes and parmesan cheese super delicious. Curry chicken very tasty. Schnitzel is definitely recommended. Tzaziki with rice and minced meat was a delight. This location is recommended. Price performance well coordinated. Very friendly staff. Very guest-oriented. Top 👌👍👏

Great service and wonderful menu

Very classy restaurant. The decor is very nice. The food, we had a buffet, very tasty and plentiful. The service was very friendly.

The service at the Felsenwirt is friendly and fast, even if it is on the verge of being overwhelmed. The food was well presented and tasted good, only the turkey breast was pretty dry. With the apple strudel, I was particularly pleased that the powdered sugar was sprinkled over the napkin. So I had it on my shirt and pants because I hadn't seen it. There is also free Wi-Fi, but not on the terrace, as the reception is bad.

The staff was pretty unfriendly. Ordered their burger which, according to the menu should contain about ~180g beef patty, but all I got was 2 stuck together McDonalds size burgers.. This is completely unacceptable, too bad I didn't have scales with me so I could weigh the damn thing and show it to the waitress! Coffe and waffles was good, that's why 3/5 stars.
